ServiceNow Integration Architect
About The Role
Atlantsson is looking for a ServiceNow Integration Architect who can design resilient platform connections, clarify system responsibilities, and build the integration foundations that keep enterprise services moving.
You will design integration patterns that connect ServiceNow with ERP, CRM, identity, cloud, and data platforms so workflows can operate reliably across the broader enterprise stack.
Key Responsibilities
Define integration patterns that support durable ServiceNow service orchestration.
Assess API, data, and event dependencies across the enterprise stack.
Guide secure, observable, and maintainable integration architecture decisions.
Collaborate with platform, data, security, and delivery stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise integrations, API strategies, orchestration patterns, or ServiceNow-connected platform architectures.
- Strong ability to reason about data flow, ownership, security, and operational resilience across systems.
- Comfort working across ServiceNow, cloud platforms, ERP, CRM, identity, and adjacent enterprise technology ecosystems.
