Atlantsson is looking for a ServiceNow Workflow Consultant who can design practical workflows, simplify service handoffs, and turn operational friction into scalable platform experiences.

You will shape case experiences, approval flows, employee and customer journeys, and workflow automation patterns that improve service delivery across complex enterprise environments.

• Experience designing workflows, case models, or service experiences in ServiceNow or adjacent enterprise workflow platforms.

• Ability to map operational processes, identify friction, and turn requirements into scalable workflow design.

• Strong collaboration skills across platform teams, service owners, business stakeholders, and delivery leads.
