About The Role
Atlantsson is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect who can connect business priorities, service architecture, platform capability design, and delivery sequencing into coherent transformation outcomes.
You will work across enterprise architecture, ServiceNow platform strategy, operating-model design, and complex transformation programs, helping leaders turn platform investments into coherent business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define ServiceNow target-state architecture and capability roadmaps.
Assess platform constraints, dependencies, and modernization paths.
Guide workflow, governance, service, and platform design decisions.
Collaborate with delivery, platform, and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience leading ServiceNow solution architecture, enterprise operating-model design, or large-scale workflow transformation programs.
- Strong communication skills, systems thinking, and the ability to translate ambiguity into executable platform and governance structure.
- Comfort working across ServiceNow, enterprise integrations, data architecture, security, and modernization stakeholders.
